Sarai is software provided by TRENX Digital (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the hotel you register.

Your data. Bookings, guests, payments and staff records you enter belong to you. We store them to run the service and never sell them. You can export them at any time from Reports and ask us to delete your account.

Trial and billing. Every hotel starts with a free 30-day trial. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep using the service; we will not charge you without your explicit confirmation. Fees are in Indian rupees, GST extra, billed monthly or annually.

Your responsibilities. GST invoices, Form C filings, guest-data handling under Indian law and OTA contracts remain your responsibility; Sarai helps you do them correctly but does not file on your behalf.

Availability. We aim for 99.9% uptime and take daily backups. We are not liable for indirect losses; our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Changes. We will e-mail account owners at least 30 days before any material change to these terms or to pricing.
